Enable implementation of Butterfly Fields – Hands on learning Programs in Schools for 1st to 10th Grades by:

·         Conducting demonstrations and Training workshops to train School teachers / students on innovative Hands-On Learning Projects & Activities

o    Grades: 1st to 7th (Independently handle the Teacher / Student Training)

o    Grades: 8th to 10th (act as a support to the lead trainer)

o    Subjects: Mathematics & Science

·         Coordinating with schools for:

o    calendaring of the Hands On Activities so that they are synchronized with the Chapters being taught in the School,

o    getting teachers' feedback on the activities & the program

o    conducting assessment tests in Schools

o    assist in analysis and creation of reports

·         Conduct demonstrations in events (e.g. parent teacher meetings, etc.) to present & explain concepts using hands on learning projects / working models

0 – 2 – could be in any field

·         Graduate with Strong Communication Skills.

·         Should be presentable

·         Should be ready to travel

·         Should be a Quick learner & with strong Hands-on skills

·         Research Orientation and Analytics to bring forth fresh insights in Learning & Teaching Methodologies

·         Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools

·         Prior experience of dealing with children would certainly help.

·         Background in Science and engineering could be an added advantage
