BIM Architect

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated BIM Architect with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in BIM modeling, preparing construction documentation, and coordinating architectural models for international projects. The candidate should be capable of delivering high-quality BIM models while adhering to project standards and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate architectural BIM models using project specifications and standards.
• Convert 2D CAD drawings into intelligent 3D BIM models.
• Prepare construction documentation, including plans, elevations, sections, and schedules.
• Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to identify and resolve model clashes.
• Ensure BIM models comply with client requirements and company quality standards.
• Update and revise BIM models based on design changes and client feedback.
• Participate in coordination meetings and assist in resolving technical issues.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in BIM modeling for architectural projects.
• Good knowledge of CAD to BIM workflows.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation.
• Experience working on UK and/or US standard projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, model coordination, and clash detection.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
