BIM Trainee / Junior BIM Executive

• Assist in developing Architectural, Structural, or MEP BIM models using Revit.
• Prepare drawings, sheets, schedules, and documentation as per project requirements.
• Support BIM coordination and clash detection activities.
• Update models based on design revisions and project changes.
• Follow BIM standards, workflows, and project guidelines.
• Coordinate with senior modelers and project teams for timely deliverables.
• Maintain model accuracy and project documentation.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of BIM concepts and construction drawings.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Revit or AutoCAD.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to BIM workflows.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Candidates with BIM training or certification are preferred.
