MEP BIM Executive

• Develop MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and BOQs.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks.
• Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project documentation.
• Update models based on design revisions and site changes.
• Support LOD 300/400 modeling requirements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in MEP BIM Modeling.
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks.
• Experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting modeling.
• Ability to prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and BOQs.
• Understanding of BIM standards, LOD 300/400, and clash detection.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings and MEP systems.
• Ability to coordinate with Architecture, Structure, and site teams.
• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• BIM certification preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
