Sr. BIM Executive

* Create, develop, and maintain accurate BIM models for ongoing projects
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure model alignment
* Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues efficiently
* Generate drawings, schedules, and project documentation from BIM models
* Ensure compliance with project standards, BIM execution plans, and workflows
* Support ongoing model updates, revisions, and quality assurance checks
* Contribute to the enhancement of BIM standards and internal processes
* Requirements

Requirements

* 3–5 years of experience in BIM modeling (Architecture, Structure, or MEP)
* Proficiency in BIM tools and workflows
* Strong understanding of construction documentation and coordination workflows
* Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks effectively
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
