This is a remote position.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Operations Executive – Travel Agency located in Kerala and Tamil Nadu with flexibility for some remote work. The Operations Executive – Travel Agency  will be responsible for managing and executing operations strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving ops targets.TheOperations Executive – Travel Agency  will drive target achievement, conduct market research, oversee operations, manage CRM systems, optimize ops processes and represent the company at industry events.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, actively listening to each traveler's needs and preferences.
• Craft personalized travel proposals that align with customer expectations and budget.

Itinerary Development
• Conceptualize and construct comprehensive domestic and international travel packages.
• Ensure each itinerary delivers memorable experiences, balancing logistics, comfort, and unique local insights.

Booking & Logistics Coordination
• Oversee end-to-end arrangements for flights, accommodations, transfers, and guided tours.
• Confirm and monitor all reservations, managing any changes or special requests with precision.

Vendor & Partner Management
• Negotiate contracts and rate agreements with airlines, hotels, ground transport providers, and excursion operators.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships to secure preferential pricing and exclusive benefits.

Customer Care & Support
• Deliver proactive support before departure, maintain real-time assistance during travel, and follow up post-trip for feedback.
• Resolve any on-tour issues swiftly to uphold high levels of traveler satisfaction.

Revenue & Target Achievement
• Drive sales growth by attracting new clientele and encouraging repeat bookings through outstanding service.
• Monitor individual performance metrics, consistently working to surpass monthly and quarterly revenue goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and with operations colleagues to streamline processes.
• Share market insights and customer feedback to refine product offerings and enhance overall service quality.


Qualifications & Skills

Industry Knowledge
• Solid understanding of global and domestic travel destinations, industry trends, and competitive pricing strategies.

Core Competencies
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, adept negotiation, and outstanding customer service.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude with a keen attention to detail and organizational prowess.

Technical Proficiency
• Hands-on experience with Global Distribution Systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.), CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Languages
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam) highly desirable.
