Candle Electric Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a pioneer in smart electrical and home automation solutions, We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Lead to manage and guide our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales experience, and knowledge of electrical or automation products.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the sales team * Assign and monitor daily sales activities * Achieve team sales targets and business growth * Train and motivate team members * Develop sales strategies and customer relationships * Prepare sales reports and performance analysis

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of sales experience * Qualification in BBA,MBA,B.Tech, Diploma, ITI, or related electrical/electronics courses * Leadership and team management skills * Electrical industry knowledge preferred * Strong communication and problem-solving abilities * Target-oriented mindset
