Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers and leads

* Explain company products and services * Follow up on inquiries and appointments * Maintain customer records and reports * Coordinate with the sales team

Requirements

* Any Degree * Good communication skills in Malayalam and English * Basic computer knowledge * Customer handling skills * Prior tele calling or sales support experience is an advantage
