	Job Duties
	Job Purpose: Provide basic application services in support of semiconductor lithography equipment. Major Responsibilities: * Woking on customer site, at Semiconductor clean room * Software issue troubleshoot, including report to customer * Lithography tool or surrounding supporting software installation and setup * Lithography tool fundamental knowledge and operation * Prepare software release note for customer * Oversea business trip, mainly south east asia region or Japan, Taiwan, India * Collaborate work with on-site team member engineers, or oversea Canon software engineer * Escalate software issues to Japan headquarters, if necessary Basic Qualifications: * Education: Prefer Diploma or higher in Engineering or equivalent * Work Experience: Two to three years' , prefer application support for Semiconductor equipment * Hands-on experience with Semiconductor wafer manufacturing equipment. Experience with Semiconductor Lithography equipment related process is an added advantage. * Linux OS basic command knowledge and operation * Troubleshooting and problem solving. * Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with customers. * Able to work independently
