1. Assist QAM to achieve organization objectives / goals set for the laboratory in the corporate plan and in enforcing the Quality Policy.

2. Implementation, maintenance and improvement of the Quality/Environment management system conforming to the ISO 9001/ISO 14001.

3. Establish/ maintain and update related analysis method, specification (recipe, ingredients list,) and documents of all projects and samples status on time.

4. Selection and quality control of raw materials used in products.

5. Plans and develops experimental test programs. (specially for new materials)

6. Interacts with customers, Product development team and Sales team, participates and assists customers in issuing new standards for developed new products.

7. Provides support to manufacturing plant activities, which may include product qualification, problem solving analysis, stack up analysis, documentation updates and other communications.

8. Support with inductions of new staff and enhancing the knowledge and skill levels of QA staff.

9. Preparation of laboratory specific documents.

10. Make routine decisions of effective functioning of the quality inspection.

11. Suspend work not conforming to the quality and safety requirements.

12. Plan and conducting Internal audits.

13. Involve to raising ESR, Notification, PR and service PO and technical evaluation when purchasing instruments.

14. Providing training for in-plant trainee.

15. Maintain 5S.

16. Review and update of documentation related to QMS and EMS.
