Applications and Pre-Sales Engineer (Robotics)

Job Summary:
Support pre-sales and solution development by understanding customer requirements, conducting site surveys, preparing AutoCAD layouts, and developing technical proposals for robotics and AMR projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Customer meetings and site surveys
• AutoCAD layouts and facility layout interpretation
• Prepare BOMs and technical proposals
• Coordinate with design, software and project teams
• Support installation and commissioning
• Maintain technical documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Robotics/Electrical
• 0–2 years' experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)
• Ability to create and interpret facility layouts and engineering drawings
• Basic knowledge of AMRs/AGVs and automation
• MS Office proficiency
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Additional Requirement:
• Must be willing to travel regularly to customer locations for site surveys, solution validation, demos, installations, commissioning, and project support.
