Job Title: MERN Stack Developer II
**Required:**Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience (Internships excluded)
Work Mode: Work From Office, Bommasandra, Bangalore

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance web applications while contributing to system architecture and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end web applications using React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB

• Develop scalable and performant front-end architectures using React.js with React Query and TanStack (Query, Router, Table)

• Design and develop robust backend services using Node.js and Express.js, including REST APIs and middleware architecture

• Build real-time systems using WebSockets / Socket.IO

• Architect and optimize MongoDB data models, including schema design, indexing strategies, and multi-document transactions

• Design and develop secure REST APIs and backend services

• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following SOLID and DRY principles

• Collaborate on system architecture, scalability, and performance improvements

• Review code, mentor junior developers, and ensure engineering best practices

• Work with DevOps on Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes

• Ensure application quality through testing, monitoring, and performance tuning

Requirements

• 3–6 years of full stack development experience
• Strong expertise in MongoDB (schema design, transactions, optimization)
• Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and Express.js
• Hands-on experience with WebSockets and real-time applications
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD workflows
• Solid understanding of API design, authentication, and security
• Strong problem-solving skills and team management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with microservices architecture

• Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure

• Experience in robotics, IoT, or real-time systems (added advantage)
