Content Creation Intern – Events

Role Overview

Marzi is looking for one Content Creation Intern each in Mumbai and Bengaluru to capture high-quality photographs and videos from our events.

The intern will attend approximately 5–8 Marzi events every month and convert the footage into engaging, social-media-ready content.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Attend assigned Marzi events, including select evenings and weekends.

• Capture high-quality photographs, short videos, attendee interactions and event highlights.

• Edit reels, short-form videos and photographs for social media.

• Deliver edited content within 24 hours of each event.

• Follow event-specific shot lists and Marzi's visual guidelines.

• Organise and maintain raw footage and edited content in the shared content library.

• Coordinate with the Event Content and Social Media teams on required formats and timelines.

 

Candidate Profile

• Strong photography, videography and video-editing skills.

• Good understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.

• Comfortable interacting respectfully with people aged 50 and above.

• Reliable, punctual and willing to travel locally for events.

• Prior event, lifestyle or social-media content experience is preferred.

• Must have access to suitable photography or videography equipment.

• High-quality, usable photographs and videos from every event.

• Edited content delivered within agreed timelines.

• A well-organised and growing library of Marzi event content.

• Content that captures the warmth, energy and experience of Marzi events.
