Job Description:
Objectives of this Role:
- Represent CareMe Health's products and services, using comprehensive knowledge and consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs.
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps.
- Follow and Improve the best practices for refining the company's lead-generation playbook.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate new sales opportunities.
- Identify the needs of prospects and suggest appropriate products or services.
- Identify qualified customers and pass it on the senior Sales folks of the organisation.
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.
- Report to the sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
- Engage in LinkedIn content-driven prospecting to attract and nurture leads.
- Leverage LinkedIn, email, and cold calling to secure meetings with potential clients.
- Leverage his /her linkedin profile to talk about the brand care me and use content generation to attract customers
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare domain.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
- Experience with Sales Engagement tool (e.g., Hubspot , apollo.io).
- Dynamic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and one South Indian language.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the mental health care industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding lead targets.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
