Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Develop responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Ensure UI designs align with brand guidelines and project goals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, accessibility issues).

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-2 years in UI/UX development or a similar role.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js.
  • Knowledge of design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
  • Experience with CSS pre-processors (e.g., SASS, LESS) and CSS frameworks like TailwindCSS or Bootstrap.
  • Basic understanding of back-end technologies (e.g., REST APIs).
• Design Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices.
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles.
