Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Checking of gong bell/ diesel pump engine oil condition/ level & diesel engine battery condition.
  • All checklists have to be filled and signed as per SOP by shift Fire officer & First aid firefighting equipment's are serviceable 24X7.
  • All fire equipments and systems are to be inspected/ tested/ maintained as per SOP, EG and standards.
  • Conduct evacuation drill of building as per yearly plan.Emergency response plan for clients in case of any emergency. Spread safety procedures & safety awareness across down team.
  • Fire safety training to conducted for service provider as per TNI.Inspecting hot work area & checking of PPE at the site.
  • Ensure SO observation & SIOD completion on time.
  • Issuing of Hot work permits as per DLF Standards.
  • Appropriate signage's (no smoking, floor singes, panic bar, floor layout, exit signage).
  • Documentation check and maintenance of all equipment and systems.
  • Attending HSE meetings and addressing HSE issues.
  • Participating in all NMC, incident and accident investigations.Participating in emergency exercises.
  • To be observant towards any unsafe act & prevent the same, bring the same to the notice of mgmt. as required and follow EG & SMS
  • Conducting Toolbox talk.
  • Clients Quarterly Fire& Safety Audit including Food courts, service provider rooms, vacant floors etc.,
  • Timely reporting the shifts and maintain proper attire.
  • Supporting to HSSE procedures implementation.
  • Any breakdown of fire systems must be followed continuously till resolve the issue.
  • DMDRP room equipments shall be maintained as per checklist.
  • All trainings as per TNI must be attended.
  • Yearly competency evaluation must be attended.
  • Inspecting the healthiness of tools & Equipment's from all contractors & Tenantat main entry gate for fulfil the Fire & Safety Standards
