Job Title – Senior Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for an Analyst to support teams located in the UK and Europe in the day-to-day operational servicing of a commercial real estate loan portfolio with a focus on loan administration, notices, compliance tracking, billing, and data maintenance. The role provides hands-on exposure to loan lifecycle processes and asset managers.

What You'll Do:

• Work with a team in Hyderabad supporting a well-established UK-based real estate loan servicing team.
• Interpret and analyze Loan Market Association finance documents to understand and extract key loan terms, financial covenants, triggers, events and milestones.
• Daily loan support tasks: Manage internal requests and prepare standard loan notices (e.g. Fixed Rate/Euribor/SONIA) and prepare Audit Requests.
• Billing, checks & follow‑ups: Support third‑party billing, help with basic reconciliations, and assist with fortnightly aged debtor checks.
• Compliance & loan setup support: Update compliance diaries, send reminder emails, help set up new and amend existing loans in system daily, and prepare standard communications.
• Update trackers & data: Keep internal systems up to date and help manage project numbers and requisite rating information. Co-ordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely data management.

What You'll Need:

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial real estate, lending, or asset management.
• Basic understanding of financial analysis and real estate loan concepts.
• Experience supporting loan or asset management teams is preferred.
• Familiarity with financial metrics and reporting.
• Knowledge of cash flow modeling is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written) and attention to detail.
• Strong Excel and number skills (basic financial calculations).
• Good organization and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Shift flexibility, aligned with London, and the ability to work in a designated workspace in Hyderabad.
