About the Role:

·Good knowledge to work and manage with Transport automation tool

·Formulating and Leading cost saving initiatives

·Initiating multiple operational plans on the transportation

·Monitoring the day to day operations

·Ensuring OTA & OTD above 90%

·Briefing the drivers Bi-Weekly

·Ensuring the routing is done in a way that there is no female employee first pick-up or last drop off during Secured hours

·Cross verifying the routing & deployment of the vehicles

·If required coordinating with Drivers directly for timely logins

·Responding to the mails on priority

·Checking the accuracy of daily, weekly & monthly report shared

·Initiating new MIS reports

·Consolidation of monthly reports

·Ensuring 100% compliance in all the vehicles

·Ensuring 100% adherence to the HSE requirement

·Cross verifying the updated vehicle documents

·Conducting the stake holders meeting & addressing their concerns/query

·Ensuring employee satisfaction at all times

·Conducting meeting with drivers & vendor team addressing their issues

·Capturing the vendor performance metrics as per SLA

·Surprise checking of the drivers for the consumption of alcohol-BAC check

·Managing the security guards & supervisor

·Briefing the guards & explaining them about their roles & responsibilities

·Ensuring the guards utilization is 100%

·Monitoring the tracking of vehicles & ensuring the female employee safety

·Ensuring all the vehicle trip sheets are authenticated by the respective employees

·Ensuring on time PO/PR, Billing , Invoicing, Processing and follow-up for the timely payment

·Reporting to the Transport Manager on day to day operations

In addition to the above-mentioned duties and job functions, any other assignments given by Management, within the purview of the contract.

Qualifications

Completed Diploma /Any Degree.
