Key Responsibilities we'll trust you with

● Visual Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

● Graphic Creation: Design graphics for websites, social media, print, and digital advertising.

● Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency of brand visuals across all platforms and media.

● Collaboration: Collaborate with UX designers, developers, marketing, and product teams.

● Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.

● Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems and style guides.

● Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices.

● Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

● Revisions and Feedback: Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders.

● Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and resources.

● Technical Proficiency: Use design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.) proficiently to produce high-quality graphics.

Requirements

Core Competencies

● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

● 1+ years of experience in UI and graphic design with a strong portfolio.

● Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

● Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices.

● Experience with animation and motion design.

● Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.

● Excellent visual design skills, with attention to detail, typography, and color theory.

● Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

● Ability to take feedback and iterate on designs effectively.

● Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
