Fronted Developer - SDE 2

This role involves building and maintaining the Operator App frontend, a hybrid mobile and web application used globally by bus operators for monitoring collections, tracking fleets, auditing operations, and receiving real-time alerts. The candidate will be responsible for completing an app revamp (New Journey flow), driving web/TV compatibility, reducing dependency on design specs, increasing sprint velocity, migrating state management, implementing unit test coverage, owning the playback feature, establishing plugin development patterns, and improving responsiveness to business requests. The candidate is expected to reset team execution rhythm and lead by example, fostering a collaborative environment with the design team using Figma mocks and establishing clear sprint cycles.
