The Security Analytics & Operations Specialist supports cybersecurity operations, technology risk management, and operational excellence across enterprise technology environments. This role partners with engineering, security, and infrastructure teams to analyze operational activities, identify risks, improve processes, and support compliance with organizational standards. You will work across multiple technology domains while helping drive secure, reliable, and efficient technology operations.

Key Responsibilities 

• Support cybersecurity and technology operations through analysis, coordination, and process improvement activities.
• Review operational activities and documentation to identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to support secure and reliable service delivery.
• Maintain operational procedures, documentation, and reporting.
• Track issues, action items, and remediation efforts through completion.
• Assist with audit, compliance, and operational governance activities.
• Develop metrics and reporting that support operational effectiveness and decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting technology operations, cybersecurity, compliance, risk management, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, Load Balancers).
• Experience with change management and operational processes
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, cloud technologies, or enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience with operational governance, audit, compliance, or change management processes.
• Familiarity with Remedy, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, or operational metrics.
