Engineer - UI/UX+ Frontend

Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated UI/UX + Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic IT Services team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping intuitive, visually compelling, and high-performance digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will bridge the gap between design and development, translating wireframes and prototypes into responsive, accessible, and scalable front-end solutions. Your expertise in both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, combined with strong coding proficiency, will directly influence product usability, engagement, and business outcomes. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and deliver user-centered digital products.
• Create and maintain high-fidelity UI mockups, interactive prototypes, and design systems using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
• Develop responsive, performant, and accessible front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
• Implement pixel-perfect designs while ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve product design and functionality.
• Optimize front-end performance, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO best practices.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in UI/UX design, front-end technologies, and user behavior.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design and frontend development within IT services or related industries.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design principles, including information architecture, user flows, and interaction design.
• Strong coding skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
• Demonstrated ability to convert design mockups into functional, responsive web applications.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub/GitLab).
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), responsive design, and performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a user-first mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in agile environments and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work and live front-end projects.
• Experience with state management, API integration, and build tools.
• Knowledge of UX research methods, A/B testing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
