We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer with 3–4 years of experience who has strong hands-on experience in React.js for frontend development and Python for backend development.

The candidate should be comfortable building complete product features end-to-end from UI development and API integration to backend logic, database handling, deployment, and production debugging.

This is a core engineering role where we are looking for someone who can quickly understand existing systems, take ownership of key modules, and contribute to deliver clean, scalable and maintainable software.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Build and maintain modern web applications using React.js.
• Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
• Handle state management, routing, form handling, validations, and error states.
• Ensure the application is responsive, performant, and user-friendly.
• Debug frontend issues across browsers and devices.
• Improve frontend architecture, code quality, and component structure.

Backend Development

• Build and maintain backend services using Python.
• Work with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs.
• Implement backend business logic, validations, authentication, authorization, and error handling.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Optimize APIs and backend services for performance and reliability.
• Debug backend issues related to APIs, databases, integrations, and deployments.

Database & Data Handling

• Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, or similar.
• Design database schemas and write efficient queries.
• Handle migrations, indexing, data validation, and data consistency.
• Understand relationships between frontend workflows, backend APIs, and database design.

Deployment & DevOps

• Deploy applications on cloud or server environments.
• Work with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, Lambda, or similar.
• Use Docker for containerized application development and deployment.
• Work with Linux-based servers.
• Manage environment variables, build configurations, logs, and deployment issues.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and release workflows.
• Monitor application health and troubleshoot production issues.

Expected Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently across frontend, backend, and deployment layers.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on software development experience
• Strong experience with React.js
• Strong experience with Python backend development
• Experience with at least one Python web framework: FastAPI, Django, or Flask
• Experience working with databases
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of deployment and AWS
• Good understanding of Git-based development workflows
