Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned Market Planning professional to lead market planning and commercial assessments for pipeline. You will be the primary engine behind Go/No-Go decisions, supporting the Head of Portfolio Strategy in evaluating internal assets and external BD&L opportunities. You will be responsible for navigating the hyper-competitive Solid Tumors Landscape, triangulating global epidemiology from scratch, and providing rapid-fire financial valuations (NPV/Revenue) to guide multi-million dollar investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. BD&L Support Develop robust forecasts (NPV, Revenue, P&L) for early-to-mid-stage assets. Utilize internal BD Accelerator to provide "quick-turnaround" assessments for potential licensing targets. Conduct sensitivity analysis on clinical trial outcomes to determine the commercial viability of "Go/No-Go" pivot points.
2. Competitive Intelligence (CI) & Strategy Oncology Landscape: Monitor and analyze 30+ competing assets in the solid tumor space. Conference Coverage: Lead CI efforts for major global congresses (ASCO, ESMO, IASLC). Translate abstract data into strategic "So-What" memos for leadership. Build and maintain a real-time competitor tracker that monitors clinical milestones, data readouts, and regulatory shifts.
3. Market Mapping Triangulate epidemiology data for US, EU, Japan, and China markets. Synthesize data from medical journals, public health registries (GLOBOCAN, SEER), and academic papers to build a credible patient flow model.

12+ years in Biotech/Pharma Commercial Strategy, Portfolio Management, Oncology Expertise: Deep familiarity with Solid Tumors and the immunotherapy (PD-1/IO) competitive landscape. Ability to distill complex clinical data into a clear commercial narrative for executive stakeholders.
