Project Manager - Delivery Operations

The Project Manager (PMO) is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects in line with organizational standards, governance frameworks, and strategic objectives. The role ensures consistent project delivery through adherence to PMO processes, effective stakeholder communication, risk management, and performance tracking across one or more programs or portfolios. Key Responsibilities include: Project Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans; Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within approved budgets; Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project activities and milestones; Manage dependencies across projects within the portfolio. PMO Governance & Standards: Enforce PMO frameworks, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), and best practices; Ensure compliance with organizational governance, audit, and reporting standards; Maintain project documentation including charters, RAID logs, status reports, and closure reports; Support continuous improvement of PMO processes and templates. Financial & Resource Management: Track project budgets, forecasts, actuals, and variances; Coordinate with finance and delivery managers for capacity planning and utilization; Support vendor and third-party management including SLAs and delivery commitments. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Prepare accurate and timely project dashboards and executive reports; Track KPIs such as schedule variance, cost variance, resource utilization, and delivery health; Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for informed decision-making.
