Senior Analyst - FFE Sizing and IC

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end incentive compensation operations including plan setup, rule interpretation, data intake, calculation oversight, validation, payout readiness, exception handling, and post-cycle
• Perform quality checks on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive data refreshes to ensure high accuracy and strong data governance.
• Validate results related to attainments, eligibility, rankings, payouts, contests, and special incentive components before release to stakeholders
• Assist with incentive plan design analysis by modeling scenarios, testing business rules, and evaluating alignment to commercial strategy and field behavior.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and performance summaries that support decision-making by SFE, sales leadership, and commercial teams.
• Partner with sales, marketing, finance, forecasting, business insights, and reporting teams to ensure incentive metrics and outputs align with business objectives.
• Coordinate with external incentive processing or technology vendors to manage timelines, change requests, issue tracking, validation, and reporting deliverables
• Respond to field force and leadership inquiries related to incentive calculations, plan rules, data questions, and payout investigations in a timely and accurate manner.
• Develop clear communication materials such as payout notes, FAQs, training content, presentations, and leadership updates.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate reporting, enhance data access, and improve process efficiency using BI and analytics tools.
• Ensure adherence to compliance policies, internal controls, audit readiness requirements, and documented operating procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Life Sciences, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics, SFE, incentive compensation, sales operations, or related business analytics roles
• Hands-on experience
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to validate data, investigate anomalies, and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint; experience with BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, Alteryx, or similar platforms preferred.
• Experience with incentive compensation platforms or calculation tools such as Javelin, ZAIDYN, or equivalent systems preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex incentive concepts to business stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, global, cross-functional environment with strong project and stakeholder management
