Job SummaryWe are looking for a Senior Associate - Full Stack Developer with strong Python development experience and hands‐on experience building modern web applications using React/Next.js. The ideal candidate should have exposure to AWS Cloud and LLM‐based applications, preferably using Amazon Bedrock and LangChain.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable full‐stack applications using Python and React/Next.js.
• Build robust backend services, APIs and business logic using Python.
• Develop responsive and user‐friendly front‐end applications using React/Next.js.
• Work with SQL databases for data querying, manipulation and integration.
• Integrate LLM/GenAI capabilities into applications using Amazon Bedrock and LangChain.
• Deploy, maintain and troubleshoot applications on AWS Cloud.
• Collaborate with product, data and engineering teams to design and deliver scalable solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable and well‐tested code and contribute to application performance and reliability.

• 2–5 years of software/full‐stack development experience
• Strong hands‐on Python development
• Hands‐on experience with React.js / Next.js
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Experience with AWS Cloud services
• Exposure to LLMs, LangChain and Amazon Bedrock
• Good understanding of REST APIs and backend development
• Strong problem‐solving and debugging skills
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Git/version control
• Experience building GenAI/LLM‐powered applications (Nice to have)
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG or vector databases (Nice to have)
• Experience with AWS‐based application deployment and services (Nice to have)
• Understanding of CI/CD and cloud‐native development (Nice to have)
