Job Requirements

Responsibilities include:

·      Application support – Aptitude product

·      Good expertise on the service-now produce usage

·      Ability to alert and respond to the issues.

·      Track and follow through he issues until complete

·      Build knowledge base

Work Experience

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

·      Experience in IT related production application support and especially L1

·      Documentation

·      Keeping all the house keeping activities upto date and close the tasks in time

·      Ability to follow with the L2/L3 technical teams and other support areas.
