Entry-level Customer Experience Specialist

As a Flight Booking Agent, you will:

• Prioritize tasks effectively, juggling multiple client requests to coordinate flight arrangements, source competitive airfares, drive sales, and manage payment processing, all within time-sensitive deadlines.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, organizational capabilities, and adeptness at working autonomously.
• Grasp customer requirements comprehensively, considering travel dates, destinations, budgets, and special requests.
• Secure budget-friendly flight options for clients, leveraging industry acumen, expertise, and knowledge of booking systems.
• Execute sales by presenting suitable flight selections and issuing tickets proficiently through our booking system.
• Proactively follow up with potential clients via phone communication, addressing inquiries throughout the booking process.
• Manage bookings and payment processing meticulously, ensuring accurate documentation for processing.
• Provide expert counsel on travel arrangements, including visa and passport requirements.
• Efficiently issue and dispatch electronic tickets, ensuring clients have essential travel information.
• Keep clients informed about any modifications to their bookings or relevant travel-related updates.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction and contentment.
• Organize and track emails, facilitating prompt responses and efficient client follow-ups.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related fields.
• Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexibility for night shift work.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
