Position: Site Executive – Retail Outlet (New Store Launches)

Department: Projects / Retail Expansion

Reporting To: Project Manager / Regional Expansion Manager

Industry: Retail

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience)

Base Location (HO): Gurugram

Project Locations: Across multiple states (UP, Bihar, MP, North East, J&K, etc.)

Job Summary

The Site Executive will support new retail store launches by coordinating site-level activities, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality execution of projects. This role involves extensive travel based on project requirements.

Food, lodging, and travel expenses will be reimbursed as per the company's reimbursement policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end activities for new store setup and final handover.
• Manage and follow up with vendors and contractors for civil, electrical, branding, fixtures, and fittings work.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and timelines.
• Track work status and share periodic updates with the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company brand standards, quality norms, and safety guidelines.
• Support procurement, material movement, logistics, and local approvals as required.
• Assist in resolving on-site issues to avoid project delays.

Requirements

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Civil or a related field (preferred).
• 0–4 years of experience in site coordination, retail projects, or construction support roles.
• Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply.
• Willingness to travel extensively across project locations.
