We believe cities are alive—and the best way to capture that? Candid, culture-rich, story-first videos that bring the local scene to life. From underground rap cyphers and food festivals to walks through artisans' workshops and rooftop gigs—we turn everyday happenings into scroll-stopping content.

And we're looking for a Video & Multimedia Creator who can shoot, edit, and shape this visual language for Cityscope.

What You'll Do

Content Creation

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos, reels, promos, event recaps, and creator features.

• Create compelling visual narratives for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, WhatsApp stories, and the Cityscope app.

• Turn city stories, workshops, classes, and events into visually engaging drops.

  Fieldwork & Coverage

• Capture on-ground coverage of events, local businesses, creators, and experiences in Jaipur and surrounding cities.

• Travel to shoot across Rajasthan (and later, other cities), documenting hidden gems, street culture, hyperlocal gigs, and more.

Visual Editing & Post

• Design and animate branded templates, motion graphics, intros, and cutdowns.
• Edit for emotion, pace, authenticity, and mobile-first consumption.
• Collaborate with content writers and editors to transform city updates into multi-format stories.

Creative Development

• Co-brainstorm with the team on campaign ideas, creator formats, or experimental formats.
• Stay updated on visual trends, transitions, and audio trends across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

What You Bring

Must-Haves

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in video production and editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci).
• Strong understanding of social-first storytelling, reels, and short-form video culture.
• A solid camera or high-quality smartphone setup + mic + gimbal (preferred).
• Comfort with fieldwork, spontaneous shoots, and fast turnarounds.
• Basic knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, and captioning.

Bonus Points

• Animation or motion graphics (After Effects, Canva motion, Lottie, etc.).
• Experience shooting creators, gigs, workshops, or city-centric stories.
• Familiarity with Rajasthan's local culture, languages, and visual aesthetic.
• Photography skills for multi-format drops.
