Assistant Legal Counsel (Bangalore)

We are looking for an Assistant Legal Counsel to join the in-house legal team at CleanMax Enviro Energy Solutions Limited, a leading independent power producer for commercial and industrial consumers. The role will focus on commercial contracting across the project lifecycle, with emphasis on EPC, O&M, and power sale arrangements. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate EPC agreements for solar, wind, and hybrid projects Structure and negotiate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), including open access and rooftop arrangements Build, maintain, and update contract templates Provide general corporate legal support to the company Collaborate with project management, business development, and finance teams to resolve legal issues impacting operations and strategy Deliver legal training and guidance to internal stakeholders Support a wide range of legal matters, including M&A, project financing, and general contracts (added advantage).

LL.B, admitted to practice and in good standing in India
