Asst Manager - Rooftop Solar Projects (Design & Engineering)

This role involves complete responsibility for solar system design and engineering, including site assessments, layout planning, detailed design documentation, and interdepartmental coordination. The candidate will be responsible for client co-ordination, arranging site visits, gathering data, coordinating with various teams (BD, tech, HSE, AM, operational), maintaining project documents, generating design reports, understanding grid codes and standards, creating plant layouts and drawings, preparing BOMs, conducting load profile analysis, designing BESS systems, and defining EMS & BMS schematics. Strong AutoCAD skills and proficiency with design software like Pvsyst, Solar Lab, Heliscope, and PV Case are required.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with solar design tools and strong technical skills to support accurate, cost-effective, and compliant project execution.
