Business Development - Bahrain/ KSA

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts in KSA and Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar project development or solar equipment sales, excellent client management skills, and a strategic mindset to drive growth in the renewable energy sector. This role involves end-to-end business development—from lead generation to deal closure—while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Renewable Energy, or related field; MBA preferred. 5–7 years of experience in solar project sales, EPC, or solar equipment business development. Proven track record of closing deals and managing client relationships independently. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms. Fluency in English; Arabic language skills preferred.
