Description
The HSE Senior Engineer will support the implementation and monitoring of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) systems across large-scale Wind and Solar Operations & Maintenance (O&M) sites. The role involves ensuring compliance with statutory and corporate HSE standards, assisting in audits, conducting training sessions, and supporting environmental and social management activities, including ESIA implementation. The position requires hands-on engagement at the site level to drive safe operations, foster awareness, and ensure continuous improvement in HSE performance.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Environmental Science / Safety Management (Electrical or Mechanical preferred). Diploma in Industrial Safety (mandatory). Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE within Renewable Energy (Wind/Solar) or Power sector O&M.
