Business Analyst

Under minimal supervision, documents requirements, use cases, user stories, and manages technical, functional and acceptance testing for Salesforce features and enhancements. Designs technical and business solutions based on understanding of business needs. Communicates Salesforce feature requirements, facilitating timely resolution to questions related to how the product should function or how to prioritize feature development. Has accountability for the quality and value of implemented product. May function as a liaison between the Salesforce users and the Salesforce Governance Board and provides key updates to the Salesforce Governance Board.

2 years of experience with Salesforce as a Business Systems Analyst 2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst Experience working on multiple project types (i.e. commercial off the shelf, new development, and enhancements/support) Verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams Proficient knowledge of Process and Workflow Management Organizational & time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and business areas Proficient knowledge of Project Management – waterfall and Agile
