Developer - II

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3–5 years of hands–on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross–functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC/Aura)
• Design and implement Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non–technical stakeholders
• Participate in client discussions, demos, and requirement workshops
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

• Strong communication skills
• Hands-on with Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura
• Experience with Salesforce integrations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work directly with clients and understand business needs
• Good understanding of Salesforce data model and security
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification
