Developer - II

We are looking for a Salesforce professional with strong hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Data Cloud to design, build, and implement scalable CRM and customer data solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and integration teams to deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions that improve sales productivity, customer service, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities include implementing and customizing Sales Cloud processes, designing and optimizing Lead Assignment Rules, implementing Service Cloud solutions (Queues, Assignment Rules, Escalations), designing and managing Data Streams with Data Cloud, building automations using Flows, developing using Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Batch Jobs, building Lightning Web Components, designing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, and supporting reporting, analytics, and AI features. The role also covers deployment & governance, technical documentation, and end-user training.

Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud. Proficiency in Flows, Apex, LWC, and Integration patterns. Strong understanding of Salesforce security model. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
