Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer (2–4 Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with 2–4 years of hands‐on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce configurations, along with a good understanding of business processes and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions
• Develop customizations using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC/Aura)
• Work on Salesforce configuration: workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules
• Integrate Salesforce with third‐party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
• Perform code reviews and ensure best practices and coding standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Salesforce implementations
• Support deployment activities and CI/CD processes
• Maintain proper documentation for development and processes

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Hands‐on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
• Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
• Experience with Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git
• Basic understanding of CI/CD tools (Copado, Jenkins, etc.)
• Good problem‐solving and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification
• Knowledge of Platform Developer II (PD2) is a plus
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
• Exposure to AppExchange apps and managed packages

Experience

• 2 to 4 years of relevant Salesforce development experience

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
