Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Cloud Energy Software, you would have the responsibility of managing such motivated teams to deliver high impact projects using your management experience and skills. Deliver projects timely and to satisfactory quality by closely working with the Stakeholders and Engineering Teams. Lead projects through the entire development cycle - from inception till deployment. Create project plans, budgets, and report on the projects. Proactively identify risks, issues and proposing strategies for mitigation. Support and troubleshooting. Provide continuous advice, clarification, and guidance during the execution of each sprint of project. Using experience and skills to guide the team with technical issues around projects. Carry out project reviews and suggest scope for improvement.

Have 3+ years of experience in managing software projects and 7+ years of total experience. Experienced in leading the team and mentoring and building Software Engineering teams. Have client facing experience and collaborated closely with clients to deliver projects. Strong understanding of Software Development Methodologies such as AGILE, DevOps. Good understanding of technology to be able to understand and manage engineering teams. Have strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
