Executive / Specialist – Trainer Acquisition

To identify, onboard, and manage freelance trainers to support training delivery across cloud and technology programs, ensuring availability of high-quality trainers aligned with business demand and delivery timelines.Key Responsibilities:Source freelance trainers through LinkedIn, job portals, communities, and referralsBuild and maintain trainer database with certifications, skills, and availabilityScreen trainers based on technical expertise and delivery experienceManage onboarding, documentation, and complianceDeploy trainers for scheduled training programsTrack trainer performance and learner feedbackMaintain trainer availability and utilization trackersBuild long-term relationships with freelance trainersCoordinate with Sales, Training, and Operations teamsGenerate reports on trainer deployment, utilization, and performance

2–6 years' experience in trainer sourcing, recruitment, or training operationsExperience sourcing freelance trainers or consultantsStrong LinkedIn sourcing and networking skillsExperience managing freelance vendors or trainersStrong stakeholder management skillsAny Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline, Preferred: MBA / PGDM (HR / Operations)
