HR Trainee - Recruitment

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Trainee Recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in recruitment. You will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordination, and end-to-end recruitment processes while supporting hiring across different functions.Key Responsibilities:Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic discussions with candidates.Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.Maintain candidate databases and track applications in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Support HR team in campus hiring drives and recruitment events.Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience.Prepare and share daily/weekly recruitment status reports.

Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong interest in HR and Recruitment as a career path. Good communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Eagerness to learn and adapt to recruitment processes and tools.
