Lead AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for a Lead AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of experience to architect, lead, and scale AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives across the organization. This role requires strong technical leadership, solution architecture expertise, and hands-on experience with production-grade AI systems.

Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI solution design and implementation Architect scalable ML systems and data pipelines Design enterprise GenAI applications leveraging GPT-4, Claude 3, and open-source LLMs Define and implement RAG architectures and multi-agent systems Lead fine-tuning strategies and LLM evaluation frameworks Oversee deployment on Amazon Web Services. Establish MLOps best practices and CI/CD standards Mentor and manage AI/ML engineers Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutions Ensure Responsible AI practices and compliance standards

The role requires 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering. Proven experience leading AI/ML teams. Deep understanding of LLM architectures and transformer models. Experience with distributed training and model optimization. Strong knowledge of data engineering and scalable system design. Experience with vector databases and embeddings. Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architecture,AWS.
