Role Overview: The Sales Data Analyst is a hybrid role that combines deep analytical capabilities with a strong understanding of sales process. This position is responsible for reporting of data and delivering actionable insights through data to support sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and revenue opportunities.
2. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support real-time decision-making.
3. Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, lead conversion, and churn patterns.
4. Identify and implement automation and data visualization improvements to streamline reporting.
5. Reporting and submission of data reports to Partners.

Skills Qualifications:

1. Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
2. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
3. Experience with CRM systems (MS Dynamics is added advantage).
4. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, speed, and scalability of reporting.
5. B2C/B2B Sales experience is added advantage.
