About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Intern to join our marketing team. This role is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals with a passion for digital media, creativity, and storytelling. As an intern, you will support the team in executing social media strategies, managing content calendars, creating visuals, analysing basic performance metrics and exploring new trends to boost audience engagement. This internship offers hands-on experience in content creation, platform management, and analytics, giving you the opportunity to learn industry best practices while contributing to live campaigns.

Key Responsibilities: · Assist the social media team in preparing, managing, and executing the social media calendar across platforms. · Support in keeping our community of 300K+ followers engaged through posts, contests, and varied campaigns. · Contribute to content creation by drafting captions, writing posts, and suggesting creative campaign ideas. · Work closely with the design team to develop visuals and graphics that align with brand guidelines. · Monitor social media channels, track engagement, and prepare performance reports for analysis. · Research trending topics, formats, and competitor activity to propose new content and creative ideas. · Support activities to increase brand reach through collaborations with micro and macro influencers. · Collaborate with different teams within marketing to ensure regular posting and maintain brand consistency.

Requirements (Must-Have): • Basic understanding of major social media platforms and their use in marketing (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube). • Strong interest in content creation (text, visuals, storytelling). • Creativity, curiosity, and eagerness to experiment with fresh ideas. • Strong written communication skills with a creative mindset. • Attention to detail with ability to manage time and meet deadlines. • Fresh graduates (any discipline; Marketing/Media/Design/Language).

Good to Have (Nice-to-Have): • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite. • Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing apps. • Knowledge of basic social media analytics and reporting. • Exposure to influencer marketing and outreach. • Internship or 1–12 months of experience in social media/digital marketing. • Certifications or formal training in Digital Marketing, social media, or Content Creation.
