A mid-level engineering role focused on designing and implementing DevOps automation solutions. Responsible for mentoring junior team members and managing small-scale infrastructure projects. Lead automation efforts using advanced Infrastructure-as-Code tools. Design and maintain Kubernetes clusters and monitoring solutions. Guide junior engineers and provide hands-on mentorship. Ensure observability and reliability across environments. Solve deployment and infrastructure-related problems.
Eligibility Criteria
Expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration. Strong proficiency with Terraform/CDK/CloudFormation. Experience in setting up monitoring and observability stacks. Leadership & mentoring experience. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated proactiveness and continuous learning mindset.
