Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Assist in identifying manpower requirements and drafting job descriptions
• Post job openings on different platforms and coordinate with candidates
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support hiring managers during recruitment
• Handle new employee onboarding and orientation

Employee Engagement & Support

• Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and engagement activities
• Support in resolving employee queries and maintaining a positive work environment
• Help conduct feedback sessions to improve employee experience

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases
• Support in policy communication and compliance documentation
• Assist in performance management cycles and appraisal processes
• Provide support during employee exit formalities
