Purpose of the Job:
The Regional Fleet is responsible for overseeing the daily operations related to fleet and transport management, ensuring logistical efficiency, optimal manpower utilization, and continuous process improvement within the regional operations.
Main Duties of the Job Holder:
- Monitor and track fuel costs and vehicle maintenance across the region.
- Arrange daily hire vehicles based on operational team requests and monitor hiring costs.
- Conduct regular vehicle condition check-ups and maintain physical upkeep.
- Update fleet management information systems (MIS) daily and coordinate with the MIS team.
- Engage with vendors regularly to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain and update statutory documents for all vehicles.
- Handle follow-ups and visits to RTO and other relevant authorities.
- Perform additional tasks as delegated by the Regional Admin Manager.
Working Relationships and Contacts:
- Collaborate closely with branch managers across the region to ensure seamless fleet operations.
Key Dimensions:
- Responsible for tracking and maintaining regional fuel costs, vehicle maintenance, route navigation, and overall operational efficiency.

- Knowledge/Technical Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge in fleet management and vehicle maintenance.
- Proven ability to guide and manage ground-level manpower.
- Demonstrated capability to reduce maintenance costs.

- Excellent time management and route management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective vendor management.
- High integrity and honesty.
Experience:
- 2-3 years in fleet management, preferably in logistics or transport operations.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Graduation in B.E. (Automobile or Mechanical) or higher.
