Purpose of the Job:

Responsible for monitoring day-to-day cash collection activities at customer premises, ensuring smooth processing of transactions.

Main Duties:

• Check and scan documents for issuing Delivery Orders (DOs).
• Handle cash, cheques, demand drafts, and online payments.
• Manage agent cash payments and scan policy documents and new agent application forms.
• Responsible for scanning different Points of Sale (POS) and uploading to CRM.

Working Relationships and Contacts:

The job holder will work primarily at the client's location, requiring effective communication and coordination with various stakeholders.

Key Dimensions:

• Collect cash from customers of our clients, monitor cash transactions, and ensure a smooth flow to avoid discrepancies.

• Knowledge and Technical/Work-based Skills: Database management, coordination skills, attention to detail.
• General Skills/Attributes: Time management, flexibility and adaptability, strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience: Open to freshers.
• Qualifications: Graduate and above.
