Purpose of the Job:

The MIS and Reporting role is crucial for tracking and maintaining entries by custodians, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining reporting records in a timely and accurate manner.

Main Duties of the Job Holder:

• Prepare daily ATM/CDP reports using prescribed software within set timelines.
• Compile ATM/CDP MIS for the entire area of operations.
• Ensure timely dispatch of daily and monthly MIS reports to customers, territorial offices, and the head office.
• Maintain accuracy and resolve discrepancies in reports promptly.
• Follow up with custodians to ensure reports are received within the timeline.
• Implement alternative reporting methods if the prescribed software is unavailable.
• Execute additional tasks as delegated.

Working Relationships and Contacts:

• Collaborate with branch managers across regions to ensure efficient operations and reporting.

Key Dimensions:

• Handle and maintain indents received from Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and customers, ensuring smooth functioning of day-to-day operations without any discrepancies.

Experience:

• 1-2 years in MIS reporting, data analysis, or related fields; freshers are also welcome to apply.

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or higher.
